The Ferrari 14 Cools Down to Blue

The rumored Air Jordan 14 "Blue Ferrari" takes one of the model's boldest themes and changes its temperature. Early details point to a mostly blue suede upper in place of the red worn by the 2014 Ferrari edition. Yellow accents are expected on the shield-style badge and tongue, with black covering the laces, lining, midsole, and carbon-fiber sections.

A Sports Car Was Always in the Shape

Tinker Hatfield originally drew on Michael Jordan's Ferrari 550 Maranello when designing the Air Jordan 14. Its side badge resembles an automotive emblem, while the flowing profile and vent-like details echo the lines of a performance car. The 2014 red suede release made that influence explicit, followed by the yellow leather Reverse Ferrari in 2019.

The Next Public Lap Is Still a Mock-Up

Blue Ferrari would become the third broadly available version of the theme after the red and yellow pairs. A silver midfoot plate and a mostly black outsole with blue and yellow accents are also expected, though final materials and color blocking have not been shown by Jordan Brand. The pair is currently slated for fall 2027 at a reported $215. Until official images arrive, the appealing part is the simple idea: the AJ14's car-inspired body may finally get a cool blue suede finish.
