Dragon's Dogma 2: Dark Arisen expands Capcom's action RPG with a northern region called Norgan. The long-abandoned, snowbound territory brings new tales and encounters beyond the base game's familiar roads. It is the kind of hostile destination that gives an Arisen and their Pawn party a reason to rethink their usual approach.

Twelve Dungeons Across the Existing World

The expansion does not keep every new challenge inside Norgan. Twelve additional dungeons are spread through the existing world of Dragon's Dogma 2, encouraging players to return to old regions with fresh objectives. New enemy and boss encounters build on the game's physical combat, where vocation skills, terrain, and the strange behavior of Pawns can turn a routine fight into a story.

The Base Game and Expansion Travel Together

Dark Arisen is sold separately for existing players on supported platforms, while the complete package includes both Dragon's Dogma 2 and the expansion. New hairstyles and tattoo options add more control over the appearance of the Arisen and Pawns. The release also brings the full game to Switch 2 alongside PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on October 9, giving Nintendo players the entire journey in one package.
