Pokémon Sleep can pull sleep duration, stages, and nap data from supported Fitbit and Pixel devices through the phone's health platform. Each morning, the game uses that rest to calculate Drowsy Power, attract Pokémon around Snorlax, and uncover different sleep styles. Automatic syncing means the Air can remain a quiet band on the wrist while the colorful rewards wait until wake-up.
