Trine 6: Together in Time begins when Moira and Adrius get in over their heads during a heist and accidentally tie their fate to the kingdom's established heroes. They join Amadeus, Zoya, and Pontius to repair powerful magic before a pursuing warlock can reclaim it. The two newcomers expand the playable group while giving the familiar trio a fresh source of friction and help.

Every Player Gets Something Useful to Do

Frozenbyte designed the puzzles around cooperation for up to four players, with each participant given a meaningful role. Any character can contribute to every puzzle, so friends can choose by play style rather than being forced into one required ability. Local couch play, online multiplayer, and crossplay sit alongside a reworked solo option for people who prefer to solve the fairytale contraptions alone.

Time Slows for the Whole Party

All five heroes can use a new Time-Slow ability to line up jumps, avoid attacks, or create breathing room during hectic sequences. Combat has also been updated with enemies that shield or strengthen one another, pushing the group to coordinate its targets. Trine 6 launches September 17 on Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Its best new idea is simple: the expanded party changes how the puzzles work, not just how many people can stand on the screen.
