Willy Chavarria Toughens Up UGG's Soft Side

Willy Chavarria's first UGG capsule treats softness and strength as qualities that can occupy the same boot. The unisex footwear has the generous proportions and plush materials expected from UGG, but Chavarria filters them through a Mexican American design perspective shaped by workwear, rebellion, and tenderness.

Five Shoes Move Between Street and Hotel

The lineup includes the Guard Boot, Biker Boot, Relaxed Boot, Otzo Clog, and Hotel Chavarria Slipper. Rugged tall styles share space with easy indoor shapes, so the collaboration does not get trapped in a single heavy silhouette. A Hug It Tee and branded socks extend the capsule into clothing without distracting from the footwear.

UGG and Kisses Builds a Sitcom Family

The campaign takes its cue from Married... with Children and assembles its own unruly household under the title "UGG & KISSES." Eva Longoria, Danny Trejo, Becky G, and Ivan Cornejo make up the cast, bringing several generations of Mexican American talent into the collection's story. The familiar sitcom setup gives the images warmth and humor alongside Chavarria's imposing shapes.

The capsule releases September 10 through UGG, its website, and selected retailers. It works because neither collaborator disappears: UGG keeps the comfort, Chavarria keeps the attitude, and the campaign makes their shared idea of family feel lived-in rather than decorative.
