Monster Hunter Wilds brings Capcom's shifting ecosystems and massive hunts to Nintendo Switch 2. Its Forbidden Lands can change from harsh, dangerous stretches into environments rich with life, so tracking a target is as much about reading the world as learning the creature's attacks.

Two Weapons, One Trusty Seikret

The Seikret mount carries hunters across those broad regions and lets them bring a second weapon into the field, opening room to adjust a loadout without returning to camp. Focus Mode helps aim attacks and identify wounds, while the familiar loop of gathering monster parts and forging stronger equipment keeps every difficult hunt tied to the next one. The story follows the investigation of Nata and a mysterious monster at the center of the expedition.

A Full Hunt for One to Four Players

Wilds supports solo play as well as local and online groups of up to four hunters. That makes the Switch 2 version useful both as a personal expedition and as a portable way to coordinate a full hunting party. The core attraction has not changed: pick a creature that seems impossible, prepare carefully, then watch a chaotic group slowly learn how to bring it down.
