Sony's Grand Theft Auto VI DualSense arrives in two limited editions built around opposing sides of Vice City. The white version draws from bright beaches, pastel skies, and daytime glamour, while the black controller leans into neon nightlife. Both use a shimmering, color-shifting finish that changes as light moves across the shell.

Palm Trees You Can Actually Feel

Custom palm-tree details are molded into the grips instead of appearing only as printed artwork. Grand Theft Auto VI branding sits alongside the tropical pattern, giving both colors a shared identity. The treatment changes the texture in the hand while keeping the standard DualSense shape and controls intact.

Haptics Carry Jason and Lucia's Story

The controllers retain adaptive triggers and detailed haptic feedback, which GTA VI uses to respond to driving, action, and other events. Sony describes those features as a way to carry the sensations of Jason and Lucia's story into the player's hands. No exclusive inputs or performance hardware separate these editions from a regular DualSense.

The Black Edition Has a Tighter Release

Both versions cost $84.99 and launch alongside GTA VI on November 19, 2026. The white model will appear through PlayStation Direct and participating retailers, while the black version is limited to PlayStation Direct where that store operates. U.S. preorders begin September 10 at 10 a.m. ET, with limited quantities available.
