Azeroth Starts Over and Keeps Going

World of Warcraft: Forever creates a new branch from the MMO's original first year, then treats that classic foundation as the start of an evolving alternate timeline. The level cap stays at 60 for the foreseeable future, allowing new adventures to spread across the whole world instead of racing upward through another stack of levels.

New Adventures at Every Level

The launch includes three new zones, nine dungeons, two raids, and major updates to several existing regions. Content is distributed across the leveling journey, giving longtime players reasons to revisit familiar roads while new characters encounter surprises well before the endgame.

Skyborne Elves Enter the Timeline

The Skyborne Elves join as a playable race alongside additional race-and-class combinations. A beta begins September 17 ahead of the November 4 launch, opening Blizzard's clearest experiment yet in building new World of Warcraft history on top of the version that started it all.
