Dolby Atmos for a Smaller Screen

Yamaha's B200A puts Dolby Atmos into a soundbar compact enough to sit beneath a desktop monitor. It measures 23.5 inches wide and 2.5 inches high, so it can fit a bedroom, office, or modest TV stand without dominating the surface. Integrated mounting holes also let it move onto the wall when desk space is tight.

Bass Is Built Into the Bar

Two main drivers work with a built-in subwoofer, avoiding the need to find floor space for a separate bass box. Bass Extender adds more low-end weight when wanted, while Clear Voice is designed to lift dialogue above music and effects. Four presets cover Movie, Stereo, Standard, and Game listening, making the controls simple enough to match the B200A's compact purpose.

One Cable Is the Point

Connectivity stays deliberately straightforward: a single HDMI port handles a modern TV or monitor, a 3.5mm input supports older sources, and Bluetooth streams music from a phone. The $250 price puts the B200A within reach of someone who wants a first Atmos upgrade without building a room around it. It arrives in November as a small, self-contained alternative to wider bars and multi-speaker packages.
