One Doorbell Sees the Whole Approach

The Eufy Video Doorbell S4 uses a 180-degree field of view both horizontally and vertically. That panoramic coverage is intended to keep a visitor visible from head to toe while also showing packages left close to the threshold. A 9-megapixel sensor records at 3K resolution, preserving more detail across that unusually broad frame.

The Camera Follows Movement

Eufy's OmniTrack system detects and tracks people as they approach, adjusting the view to keep them in frame. The camera can monitor activity from as far as 26 feet away, giving it time to capture the path to the door instead of beginning only when someone reaches the button. That turns the S4 into a front-entry security camera as well as a doorbell.

A Wired Design for Continuous Watch

The S4 is a wired model, so it trades battery-powered placement flexibility for a steady supply of power. That suits its combination of wide-area surveillance, person tracking, and detailed recording, all of which benefit from being ready throughout the day. Buyers will need compatible wiring at the installation point.

Panoramic Coverage Is the Upgrade

Many video doorbells split package and visitor coverage between separate lenses. The S4 instead uses one broad 3K view and software tracking to cover the scene. It is priced at $300 and will be available in late September as part of Anker's newly expanded home-security range.
