JBL's Whole-Home System Starts Here

The JBL Cove M1 is the entry point to a new Wi-Fi speaker family designed to grow room by room. Managed through the JBL One app, individual Cove speakers can play together across the house, letting buyers start with one $230 unit instead of committing to a large bundle.

Three Tweeters Spread the Detail

The M1 uses three tweeters and one woofer, with JBL's AI Sound Boost technology adjusting output for clearer, fuller playback. It is the simplest acoustic package in the Cove range, suited to a bedroom, office, or kitchen where the larger P1 and X1 would be more speaker than the room needs.

Music Today, Rear Channel Tomorrow

Wi-Fi connectivity keeps synchronized playback stable across multiple rooms, while the app handles grouping and control. The M1 can also pair with a compatible JBL soundbar as a dedicated rear speaker, giving the same hardware a second life inside a home-theater setup.

A Fixed Speaker With a Flexible Role

Unlike the battery-powered Cove P1, the M1 is intended to stay in place. Black and white finishes help it settle into different rooms without drawing attention away from the sound. Available globally from September 13, it makes the strongest case for Cove as a modular system: modest enough to buy alone, but designed with a clear path toward a larger network.
