The Sony ULT Tower Max is a 121-pound party speaker built to make bass physical. Three 280mm woofers sit beneath two midrange drivers and four tweeters, giving the largest member of the range enough air-moving hardware for big rooms, event spaces, and the sort of gatherings where a normal Bluetooth speaker disappears.

360-degree Party Sound spreads audio around the venue, while matching lighting surrounds the cabinet with color. Four modes let the Max emphasize bass, push maximum power, stay flat, or create a live-performance feel, and a custom equalizer in Sony's app offers more control.

Built for DJs, Karaoke, and a Wall Outlet

XLR, RCA, and USB-C inputs join Bluetooth and Auracast, allowing microphones, instruments, and DJ sources to connect directly. Unlike the Tower 5 and Tower 7, the Max has no internal battery, so its huge output remains tied to mains power.

Sony pairs the redesigned handle with wider-tread wheels intended to roll more confidently across different surfaces. That matters when moving a cabinet this heavy.
