Jackery's HomePower 1000 Plus V2 starts as a compact 1,024Wh power station, but up to five expansion batteries can raise the system to 11kWh. The main unit provides 1,800 watts continuously and 3,600 watts at peak, enough for refrigerators, production equipment, and many corded power tools.

A 1,600-watt wall connection can recharge the battery in about 50 minutes. Solar input reaches 400 watts for a roughly 3.3-hour charge, and a 400-watt vehicle alternator setup takes about 2.7 hours. Quiet Backup for Sensitive Work

The unit changes to battery power in under 10 milliseconds when used as a UPS, keeping computers and network gear running through an outage. Silent Mode holds noise below 30 decibels, useful around microphones or sleeping areas, while 3kV surge protection helps protect appliances with compressors. Jackery rates the battery for 6,000 cycles, and its app can monitor runtime, schedule off-peak charging, and prioritize essential loads.

The HomePower 1000 Plus V2 normally costs $749, with an early-launch price of $619 through September 3. Its strongest trick is scaling from a portable box into a far larger backup system without forcing the owner to replace the original unit.
