A Hybrid Becomes the Only Choice

The 2027 Lincoln Corsair drops its old gas-only and plug-in choices for a single hybrid powertrain. A turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder and electric assistance send 305 horsepower through a continuously variable transmission and standard all-wheel drive. It is a sizable power increase over both outgoing versions.

More Than a New Grille

Lincoln has redrawn the bumpers, grille, headlights, and taillights, with new wheel designs completing the exterior update. Inside, available 24-way front seats add massage functions for both driver and passenger. Standard BlueCruise can handle hands-free highway driving and automatic lane changes on compatible roads.

Luxury Comes With a Steeper Entry

The Premiere Hybrid starts at $49,740, putting the compact Lincoln into a noticeably more expensive bracket than its predecessor. Production also shifts to China, making this Corsair an imported model for the U.S. market. The stronger hybrid system and richer standard equipment give buyers something tangible for that jump, but the Corsair is no longer Lincoln's relatively inexpensive crossover.
